I usually rub the Breathe Easy lightly onto their chest and then cover with a soft flannel cloth.
Ingredients: Olive oil, arnica & comfrey infused oils, menthol, Vitamin E, beeswax and camphor, wintergreen, clove, eucalyptus and cajeput essential oils.
